Quick little makeover in Sorrento Springs for a very expectant mommy!! Now she can enjoy baby #2 and not stress about the awful, builder grade, flat white walls… and hubby can enjoy his happy wife! Lol

HOLY MOLY!!!! We are FINISHED!!! What started out as an exciting project turned to misery pretty quick! lol.. we started out by scraping & cleaning EVERY window (3600 panes) inside and thenpainting the doors!
When we moved outside, the YEARS of crud and grunge and paint was too much to clean, plus so many plexiglass, broken & tarnished windows with literally 80 years of paint, dirt, grime etc built up we decided to stop cleaning and just start painting! 28days here, 24 we worked on these doors (23 for Wayne lol)
8-10 hours a day on a lift the majority of the time! We are completely whooped… I’m so happy we knocked it out in exactly the amount of time I said we would! It’s not been fun and games, but I’ve enjoyed working with my son this whole time, getting to catch up, get lunch and dinner, and catch up with him since he’s moved across the country 🥹 I’ve learned a valuable lesson on this job… OLD PEOPLE STILL KICK ASS!!! lol!
We did it! It’s done! I’m so ready to be home in my bed and see my other kids and minis!!

Having to apply elastomeric to cover up the welders roller marks from priming with a roller after welding the new metal on..new steel was sprayed at the shop, then installed …

6 doors finished in the interior , (2060 windows scraped, cleaned and painted around) 6 more doors to go! Then we have 12 doors exterior to get done! 🥵🤯😳
