Looking for someone that knows construction.

Not afraid to get on a roof or under a crawlspace and will follow instructions.

Pay Based on experience.
Need to have own vehicle and BE ON TIME.
Be mild-tempered and a team player.

(Construction Worker Responsibilities include but not limited to...)

Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
Following all health and safety regulations.
Digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.

(Landscaping responsibilities include but not limited to...)

Conduct minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping
Safely cut grounds using hand, power or riding mower for trimming edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls
Monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance
Be willing to train and enhance knowledge in assigned duties
Ensure grounds are free of weeds and dead plants
Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time

Some minor roof repair turned to major roof repair when the existing roof was leaking and molding and was not noticeable until you got to the existing wood. Again not to big of an issue. I cut out the rotten wood and replaced the wood with fresh Plywood and covered and reshingled the area. It won't leak again! No job too big or too small!
