Do you have a fence gate that is out of whack? (most people do) Today’s customer had a gate that was sagging, would never latch and had to be lifted to be closed. So I built them a new one from scratch (I can repair existing gates as well). Now the gate closes and latches by itself and will never sag. Hit me up.

Today’s customer was told that their fence was beyond repair and that they needed to spend $3k on a new one. I removed 3 rotted posts and replaced them with new ones. This will add 3-5 years of life to this old fence and only cost them about 25% of what the fence company was asking for. Got an old slouchy fence? Hit me up.

Some miscreants tried to kick in the door at this customer’s house. They didn’t succeed but managed to damage the door beyond repair (and probably their foot too). So I replaced the old door with this beautiful new metal clad security door. When I installed the door, locks, hinges, etc. I used super long screws. That small detail will make this door several times stronger and much more resistant to forced entry.

Today we had a customer who had a sink that was dripping. It was a beautiful big sink and old faucet from the 50s, so I really didn’t want to replace it with a new faucet. I was able to remove the old valves, which had been working reliably for the last 70 years or so, got new ones for $18 a piece, dropped them in and they will probably last another 70 years. They don’t make stuff like they used to.
