So Robyn Krutchkoff bought a house and the builder didnt install a proper liner in the crawl space. They put down plastic and house wrap, that is the blue stuff. So it was all removed. Today we installed a 12mil v***r barrier. Also installed a radon collection system under the plastic. The sides and the walls will be spray foamed with 2 inches of closed cell foam.
