Today, on National First Responders Day, we take a moment to recognize the courageous paramedics, firefighters, EMTs, and all those who are first on the scene when emergencies happen.
Congress officially designated October 28 as National First Responders Day back in 2017, to honor the dedication and bravery of the men and women who protect and serve our communities in times of crisis.
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office is proud to stand alongside our fellow first responders. Thank you for your professionalism, compassion, and commitment to keeping our community safe, today and every day.
