We took this classic Seattle house and gave it a fresh, modern vibe from top to bottom. That first-floor bath is one of my favorite spots, with a crisp green vanity, brass fixtures, and marble-look tile make morning routines a little more special.
Outside, the clean white stucco, black accents, and simple landscaping give the exterior serious curb appeal. And don’t forget the downstairs, this newly finished basement is cozy, bright, and feels like an entirely new space. From the comfy sitting area to the guest bedroom and sleek black-framed shower in the lower bath, every inch was reimagined for comfort and style.
We are so proud of how this project came together and big thanks to the homeowners for trusting us with every detail.
