Absolutely breathtaking site for this contemporary mountain home on Conifer Mtn...located at 10,000' with postcard views in all directions. Hand-built Timber trusses will provide the structure [the bones] for an entirely open grand Main room with wall-wall and flr-clg glass...more to follow...

HGTV DREAM HOME 2023. Morrison, CO
It's been a real treat to work with Discovery and HGTV to lead the design of this beautiful home in the foothills outside Denver. Pretty challenging site, but really happy with the total team effort. David Theisen, PE was our Civil Engineer. Leslie Tyson, PE from LTe Structural Consultants handled building Engineering. Andy & Joe Bailey from Mtn Plain Homes built this house in 115 days. Yes, 115 days from groundbreaking to delivery. Designs by Sundown delivered an amazing outdoor wonderland. Finally, Brian Patrick Flynn nailed the Colorado inspired interior design. Big shout to Scott Branscom for believing in our team.
Teamwork makes the dream work.

HGTV DREAM HOME 2023 Morrison, CO
WDG was fortunate to collaborate with Discovery and HGTV to lead the design and construction of this wonderful home in the foothills outside Denver.
