Designed to feel as beautiful as it functions.
An expansive 11-foot window now fills this kitchen with natural light and frames the outdoor views, while an open layout creates effortless flow between the kitchen and dining room. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—including wider pathways for scooter accessibility and a custom butcher block table that allows our client to comfortably pull up for dining and meal prep. Intentional design changes the way we live in our homes. ✨

A basement bar that works harder than it looks.

Adding a wet bar is always a smart move—it instantly expands how a space can be used. Whether it’s hosting friends, creating a laid-back hangout for the kids, or giving guests their own private retreat, this feature adds both function and flexibility.

Designed with intention, it allows guests to ease into their mornings with coffee or wind down in the evening with tea—all without stepping into the bustle of the main kitchen.

It’s not just a bar, it’s an extension of how the home lives.

Final Stop on the Home Tour: The Upper Level

The top floor of this home was thoughtfully designed with the future in mind. With three bedrooms and a multifunctional flex space, this level was created so our clients’ adult children—and their future families—always have a comfortable place to gather and stay.

The flex space works hard, offering a spot for guests to do laundry, relax with a book on the built-in bench, and grab drinks or snacks during their stay.

Two of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom designed with the girls in mind—light, playful, and welcoming—while the third bedroom features a private en-suite with a slightly more masculine vibe.

A perfect balance of comfort, function, and thoughtful design to wrap up this incredible home transformation.

Main Floor Tour – Part Three: Primary Suite & Den

The primary bedroom was designed as a quiet retreat for our clients. A new gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while a beautiful wood paneling detail on the ceiling brings texture and a cozy, modern mountain feel to the space.

The adjacent en-suite truly steals the show. A stunning soaking tub from Native Trails anchors the room, creating the perfect place to unwind. The shower is an experience of its own, featuring two showerheads, a rain head, and four body sprays for a full spa-like moment at home.

To highlight the tall ceilings in the vanity area, we incorporated dramatic oversized mirrors and vertical lighting that draw the eye upward and emphasize the height of the space.

A calm, luxurious retreat to end the day.

Main Floor Tour – Part Two: Kitchen & Mudroom

Tell me you wouldn’t want to live here and cook in this kitchen…

A stunning 48" range from Wolf is framed by a custom metal hood, creating a beautiful focal point for the space. The statuario quartzite countertops, with their soft green veining, reflect the natural views outside and bring a subtle connection to the surrounding landscape.

A massive pantry is tucked discreetly behind a frosted glass door, while the mudroom is truly what storage dreams are made of. Durable, hardworking tile floors allow our clients to fully enjoy all the seasons in Colorado without worrying about the wear and tear that comes with mountain living.

Beautiful, functional, and designed for real life.

Main Floor Tour – Part One: Living & Dining Spaces

One of the biggest transformations on this project was removing the heavy orange and yellow tones throughout the home. The log walls are the true focal point here, but they were starting to feel dated. Instead of stripping away the character, we brought the wood back to life by staining all of the woodwork in a rich, dark tone that creates a modern mountain feel while honoring the home’s original charm.

We also installed new windows, doors, and trim throughout the space. In the dining area, grasscloth wallpaper adds texture and warmth, while light, airy wall colors help highlight the beautiful woodwork and keep the space feeling fresh and balanced.

Stay tuned as we continue the tour of the main floor.
