This photo was taken on May 11th and reminds me of something I’ve been thinking about lately.
For years, Ken has shown up early, worked hard, built relationships with our customers, and been someone our family and team could count on.
What I’ll remember most aren’t the miles driven or the jobs completed. It’s the countless conversations after a long day, the stories shared in the truck, the advice given along the way, and the way he always seemed willing to jump in wherever he was needed.
Whether it was hauling equipment, bringing in material, helping on a project, teaching the next generation, or taking the time to connect with a customer, Ken has always led by example.
Sometimes the people who have the biggest impact aren’t the loudest people in the room. They’re the ones who quietly show up day after day and do what needs to be done.
Today, we’re grateful for fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and hardworking people like Ken who have helped shape our family, our team, and our community.
Happy Father’s Day from our family to yours. 👊
