It was an honor to replace this flat roof with torch down multi layer roof, with a brand new 60 mil TPO roofing system in downtown Excelsior Springs. The building owner can rest easy now that this building is insulated above an R-30 rating, and a 20 year warranty.

Today we re roofed a commercial building in our hometown of Excelsior Springs. Little did we know there would be a Homecoming Parade for the high school on the same street we were working. The street was closed down for a few hours, and luckily our crew was prepared and didn’t miss a beat with all the activities going on in Downtown Excelsior Springs.
