Toilet ring was compromised and leaking. Ruined the floor and baseboard. I removed toilet, base and vanity. Replaced the flooring and base then installed the rest back. Like I was never there.

Long time refrigerator water leak. Ruined the floor, drywall and baseboards. Took care of it all.

Water leak at main by meter. Original installer decide not to put thread sealant before the prv valve. Luckily I carry it everyday and installed for a leak proof install. While I was there I replaced 9 sprinkler heads, frplaced a hose bib and built an arbor all before noon.
