The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing tasks related to receiving product, stocking and replenishing, expediting, shipping preparation and inventory control. Candidate must be familiar with inventory management software for receiving goods, data entry, logistics paperwork retrieval and inventory management.
Functional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for unloading and loading trucks in a timely and organized manner.
Organizing all required configuration components neatly and together in prep area for service technician.
Package finished goods from production floor for customer delivery.
Stocking all goods order for inventory in a timely and efficient manner according to locations designated by purchasing.
Verifying delivery of equipment, supplies and parts against receiving documents, purchase orders, packing lists.
Maintain accuracy of inventory for both finished goods as well as inventoried equipment, supplies and parts.
Communicate with purchasing, service, dispatch and administration effectively related to shipments, warehouse activity and inventory.
Job Requirements/Skills:
Candidate must have prior warehouse/inventory experience
Candidate must have own reliable transportation
Ability to perform multiple tasks
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 60 lbs on regular basis
Quick learner/ can adapt to changing environments
Basic computer skills
