Don’t put galvanized pipe on steam. Science says it won’t last and someone is going to have a very humid home. Grateful no one got hurt. Hope the home owner moves forward with replacing the rest of this before they have more leaks. 🙏🙏

Started the day out with a 4 year old so smith pro water heater warranty change out due to a leak and ending doing a tune up on this 24 year old barely broke in oil boiler. Grateful for the opportunity to keep my customers happy.

Other company said it had a potential cracked heat exchanger and a friend asked if I would look at it before his grandma spent thousands on a new system. Ran the camera and did a combustion test. It needs a new draft motor. Other than that a good cleaning and she has reliable safe heat for years to come. No one likes a liar. Always get a second opinion before signing a contract if you have any doubts.

Out here keeping these old systems running like a top. All these fancy companies want to see you replace them so they can make some commission. It’s so sad. So many people lie to make a dollar and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be of service and have the knowledge to really help people.
