Dear Folgers,

Meet Rodger, a carpenter here at Core Outdoor Living. Rodger loves Folgers. Every single morning, he rolls onto the jobsite with his coffee maker, brews a fresh pot, and keeps the whole crew fueled up before the saws start humming.
At this point, we genuinely think Folgers should sponsor Rodger (Core Outdoor is doing just fine 😎), because we are pretty sure we’ve found your number one fan.
We promise this isn’t a set-up or photo op, you’ll see this anytime you pull up to Rodger’s job site ☕️
Honestly, this feels less like an Instagram caption and more like the setup for a short film:

Boots hitting the gravel.
The sound of drills and laughter.
Cold morning air.
Then….the Folgers starts brewing.

Ok full week here at Core and honestly… hard to have a bad week when your office is fresh air and projects like these.
This week the team tackled 3 porch/deck projects plus an awesome masonry project, and seeing these spaces come together never gets old. Grateful for good people, mostly good weather, and getting to build places that will get everyone spending more time outdoors!

This screened porch was designed to feel like a true extension of the home, clean lines, open views, and built for daily life...just outside.
A gable roofline brings in height and light, while the tongue-and-groove ceiling adds warmth overhead. The composite flooring means no staining or sealing, just long-term durability and a finish that holds up through every season.
We paired it with a full screening system for airflow without the bugs, aluminum railing for a modern look, and a wide staircase with built-in lighting to make the space just as functional at night as it is during the day.
