A job we did in burnam we had to grind out all the joints of the chimney as well as cut out and replace cracked bricks, which upon completion we acid washed the chimney and than ground out 2 stone piers and repointed, acid washing those afterwards and pressure washing to finish them, we gave the customer a quote on a chimney cap which just recently per our last phone call was accepted , and we offered to change a light bulb out back when doing the cap as well as repaint the gargoyles, this is the reason we do contracts because this customers girlfriend is now choosing to slander us on Facebook when we never discussed anything we were doing with her whatsoever, George and I had an agreement and a scope of work being performed, we are more than willing to work with customers but just like anyone else we don’t appreciate having false information given on Facebook of all places
