Description of responsibilities:
Managing/creating databases and job folders
Ordering office supplies, job materials and other needed items
Clear communication/correspondence with staff, suppliers and clients
Preparing letters, invoices and reports
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables and Payroll
Implementing and maintaining office procedures, keeping workspace clean
Using a range of software packages
Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
Assisting with new hire procedures and paperwork
Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date

POSITIONS AVAILABLE at local, family-owned & operated business--Morgan's Outdoor Living, Fairfield: F/T Field Supervisor and F/T Patio Cover Installer. Scope of work is light construction, working with power hand tools, scaling ladders, handling lightweight, aluminum materials. Experience preferred in light construction field, and knowledge/skill using power tools, tape measurer and have valid driver's license.
Supervisor positions requires skill in time management, organization, scheduling, communicating with customers, knowledge of health/safety regulations, ordering materials, computer work to include email, Word & Excel.

Hello - We are looking to hire patio cover & sun room installers, we need a lead person and a helper. Construction experience is required . Must know how to use power hand tools, to measure well and have a valid drivers license. This is a full time position Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm with overtime. Starting wage depends on experience.
