Loveland Excavating & Paving was founded in 1996 by Matthew J. Brennan.

Full-Service, Self-Performed Site Development Company: Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete, Demolition - Parking Lot and Driveway Repair and Maintenance (asphalt and concrete) The company provides site development construction services to builders, developers, general contractors and property owners. We serve Southwest Ohio with a primary focus of the four county area around Greater Cincinnati.

Our two new Kenworth T880 tri-axle dump trucks have officially joined the fleet. By replacing older equipment with newer, more reliable trucks, we're continuing to invest in the people, equipment, and projects that keep Loveland Excavating moving forward.

Reinvesting in our fleet means increased efficiency, improved reliability, and the ability to better serve our customers on every jobsite. It's all part of our commitment to delivering quality work with the right equipment for the job.

Project Spotlight: Wright State Roundabout

We are proud to have played a role in the Wright State Roundabout project, a public improvement tied to the Raider Row development. Our work included earthwork, storm sewer installation, water main work, concrete walks and curbs, and asphalt paving to help bring this important project to life.

A special thank you to Shook Construction for the opportunity to be part of this project. We appreciate their trust, partnership, and commitment to delivering quality work. Collaborating with great contractors and teams is what helps make projects like this a success.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that will serve Wright State University and the surrounding community for years to come.

Project progress at Cincy Sports Club 🏗️

Our concrete team recently completed a footer pour for the new metal building addition over the pickleball courts.

Footer work is a critical part of any structure — these reinforced concrete sections are designed to support the building loads and provide a strong base for the structure above.

Using a concrete pump truck helped our crew efficiently place concrete while maintaining accuracy throughout the pour. From preparation to placement, our team continues to bring experience and quality to every phase of the project.

We’re proud to be part of another project that will provide a great space for the Cincy Sports Club community.

This 15-acre, 313-unit multifamily community is an exciting project that will bring new housing opportunities to the area, and we're honored to play a role in bringing it to life.

Before the courts go in , the real work starts here.

Topsoil has to be stripped before cuts and fills can begin because organic material isn’t stable enough to build on long-term. This is the earthwork that creates the foundation for everything that comes next.

Our crews are currently stripping and hauling material as work continues on the new padel and pickleball courts.

Most people only see the finished product — we take pride in the groundwork behind it.

We are proud to be part of the Cincinnati Sports Club Addition project alongside Huber General Contracting.

This project includes the addition of a new building, padel courts, and pickleball courts, and our team has been trusted to complete all sitework including:

✔️ Stamped concrete
✔️ Asphalt paving
