Some more of the State Adapt+ Premium Condensing Tankless Heater I installed for a hardworking family I love dearly 🖤. Thank you State!

This unit is a literal beast and includes so many built in features that made the install adaptable and easy to configure. Multiple recirculating options like a built in pump for either a dedicated recirc line or crossover valve, or can be used with an existing pump. The same model is used for natural gas or propane and is easy to configure in the field by the plumber with parts included with every heater. This unit also includes the X3 scale inhibiting cartridge which eliminates the need for yearly descaling.

Operation is also extremely quiet (in my experience with other units) and has so many different venting options for almost every install environment. I have been using AO Smith tank heaters for my 20+ year career, and wanted to give their State Tankless line a try. State and AO smith provide the same technology across both of their brands.

Also, a tankless heater is an investment. By the time a customer pays for the unit and install- it’s significant. So I like to make it a showcase- with either painted wood, diamond plate or brushed aluminum backing, easy to access valves, and not a piece of spaghetti piping in sight. If you’re going to do it- do it right and make it pretty. Can do 🤙🏻🤙🏻

Last couple months have been insanely busy working on a new 2000ft 4” steel gas pipeline in KY. Pictured- Drilling out the existing, in-service gas main in two locations to prepare for abandonment of the old service and switch over to the new 4” main. Nitrogen pressure test on the main. Locating existing gas services to tie in to the new meters. Lots of logistics involved in this project. Can do 🤙🏻 The general contractor on the job has been great.

The Adapt + Premium Tankless water heater is my latest tankless install and I absolutely love some of the features. This specific unit is 199k BTUs, perfect for a family of five (and growing). It has the X3 cartridge to condition the water and stop the need for annual flushing of the unit. A total workhorse of a water heater! Some common questions about the install- there is dedicated fresh air intake for this basement. There is also a tankless specific expansion tank installed to the left of the unit. I love to use these drain pans designed specifically for tankless heaters as well- really cleans up an install. Can do!

Finished up the plumbing in this beautiful bathroom remodel. Relocated the water closet, lavatories and changed out the garden tub for a party sized shower. Can do 🤙🏻🤍

Hanging out with Spartan Tool, LLC!!! Some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting- making some of the best tools in the business!!

Today we hosted the Spartan Tool Ambassadors in our headquarters in Niles, Michigan, in celebration of National Tradesmen Day. It’s a privilege to work alongside such hardworking and genuine individuals—true leaders in the industry.

During their visit, they got hands-on experience building their very own Spartan Tool Model 300, making their own Magnum® cables, and engaging in product training.
