Baldwin County, if you need a French drain system put in, give us a call!!
This Home sits on a hillside on Fish River, and when there was more than 1 inch of rain. Water would rush down the hill, and hit the front of the house. Allowing water to seep into the ground, through the cinderblocks and into the crawlspace. Which can cause the humidity levels to go above 55%. And if the humidity levels go higher than 55%, organic growth “MOLD” and “ WOOD EATING FUNGUS” can set up, and start to dry rot your floor joist, and your subfloor right underneath your feet.

CRAWLSPACE ENCAPSULATION 😱

When was the last time you had your crawlspace evaluated?

Your crawlspace is the life of your floor joist, your subfloor and the air you breathe in.
When the humidity levels rise above 55% in your crawlspace this sets up an environment for disaster.
This will cause major wood rot and decay.

All of the subfloors and most of the floor joist had to come out of this home.

Then we went in and installed a French drain along the front of the home because that’s where the water was coming in to cause the humidity level levels to be so high.

Then, at the end of the French drain we installed a sump pump tank and pump, surrounded by gravel. This ensures any water that comes in will be pumped out.
And then fully encapsulated this crawlspace.
This will stop the humidity levels from going above the desire range.

I would like to thank all of North Alabama for trusting in me with your home repair needs for the last four years.
As of June 30th, I am no longer servicing the North Alabama area.
I have packed up my business and moved it to South Alabama.
 it was a really great experience getting to know people all over the different communities.
I even made some friendships over these last four years. Great friendships.
I am very grateful for everyone who believed in me and what I could do for them.
I am very excited about this next chapter in my life.

We cover a large range of jobs. This homeowners septic tank stop working. It was discovered that when the house was expanded that the septic got covered with the new part of the house.
He had to get a new tank put in the backyard . He wanted the old tank under the house opened up. So it could be pumped out and later filled with concrete. This is where I came in to play.
This was a fun one. A whole lot of grinding later, and we got er pumped out.
