I understand the frustration trying to get in touch with an electrician, maybe this will give some insight. Most of us are small outfits with little to no office staff and only a few trucks on the road. I've had almost 900 incoming phone calls in the last 90 days. The 90 days before that was probably equal in volume. The same for the 90 days before that.

It's simply more volume than we can possibly address. I know we have dissapointed many potential clients, and I wish we were prepared for the opportunities available today. I hope you don't judge the ones who don't call back too harshly, I know they aren't sitting on a boat with a fishing pole in their hand. Unless it's the weekend, then, I think they deserve a nice day off. 🙂
