In response to a customer request, I took immediate action to resolve a leakage issue, despite the metal roof installation being scheduled at a later date. Given the difference in color between the existing shingles, I proceeded with the customer's wishes, demonstrating that customer satisfaction takes precedence. The leak was successfully resolved, securing the property until the metal roof can be fitted. This will save the homeowner unnecessary expenses. Customer satisfaction remains our foremost priority.
