I am terrible at uploading on FB ( usually because I seem to only remember to take a before or after photo, never both 😂). Here are a few little projects I’ve had recently. Some demolition 😈, some exterior trim replacement 🙂, and fixing an old lean-to 😇(I loved the horses hanging out making sure I didn’t eat their hay)

Just a friendly reminder to change out your HVAC filters! Recommend replacement: 30 days if you have bad allergies, 45 days for max efficiency, 90 days is the standard change interval. This one probably 4+ years… (customer bought house site unseen) Remember, the harder the system has to pull air, the faster it will potentially wear out the unit. Not to mention the waste of energy from the additional power it draws added to your power bill.
