Update: Our 3 day project of approximately 173,000 square foot of seal coating with line striping is now complete. The finished product is a beautifully rejuvenated corporate lot that Rembrandt would have been proud of. Great job and a big shout to our CK Services Team, very nice job.

CK Services is proud to serve one of our local corporations. This is day 1 of our 3 day project of approximately 173,000 square foot of seal coating. Picture 4,000 gallons of seal coat, that is equivalent to a 15 foot wide 3 foot deep above ground swimming pool, man, that is a lot of seal coat!!! Role Description
We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers and experienced Heavy Machine Operators to join our growing team. Heavy Machine Operators will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating equipment (such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders) for site preparation, excavation, and pavement repair. Concrete Finishers will handle the pouring, leveling, smoothing, and finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality, durable results. Both roles require a strong commitment to safety protocols, the ability to work collaboratively to meet project goals, and the physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher (proficient with screeds, trowels, and edgers) OR as a Heavy Machine Operator (proficient in operating and maintaining construction machinery).

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods, including heavy lifting and working in diverse weather conditions.

Safety First: Unwavering commitment to workplace safety practices, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety regulations.

Precision & Quality: High attention to detail—whether executing precise grading and excavation or delivering a flawless concrete finish.

Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and adapt to varying job site requirements.
