This wonderful couple needed a main floor bathroom in their historic home. We had 4 1/2 x 5 1/2’ to work with. I found this 35” Neo-Round unit with two doors that open from the center. The only one available in the country that I could find that worked. I love finding solutions for people that improve their lives.

Anybody like to listen to music in the morning? This Bluetooth enabled exhaust fan is the ticket. This unit costs a little over $200. Every time we install one my clients report back that they love it!

Flood test. In most cities we work in, the building department requires a 24-hour flood test. When you do your project with us, we do it whether we are required to or not. Proud of the fact that in nearly 40 years, we have not had one shower pan failure.

Just completed this Quarry tile floor for a commercial kitchen in Fairmont. The tile has silicon carbide grit embedded in it. So if it’s wet or greasy the floor will not be slippery.
