A true zero clearance open fireplace that can go into masonry systems that have clearance to combustibles issues. Realtors, if you aren’t advising your buyers or sellers to get a professional Chimney Inspection you are doing them a disservice. Many homeowners I run across believe a standard Home Inspection covers their chimney or appliance — IT DOES NOT. Better to know now than to have a client who thinks they bought a home with a beautiful and functional fireplace or stove than to have them super upset later that it has major issues.
