Very busy home improvement and remodeling company with large backlog of work. Pay determined by experience/knowledge level. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a well rounded skillset. The ability to think creatively is a must. Be a problem solver. Reliability is key. Good customer interaction is important. Bonus program on a job-to-job basis. Take pride in your craft. We do most all facets of home improvement and remodeling. It's not necessary to be a master in all phases, but the willingness to learn, improve and grow is.

First time installing parking lot lights. Brought back fun memories of all the boom lift work I used to do!! Upgraded old 1000W metal halide lights and framing with new, energy efficient BRIGHT AS THE SUN LEDs and new aluminum bullhorn framing.

Now Hiring Home Improvement/Remodeling Specialists....AGAIN.....please no drugs. Be punctual. Have good transportation. Good communication skills. I will start the right person(s) between $15 and $20/hr and adjust your rate accordingly after I get a feel for your work, character, and reliability(usually after a week or two. I have steady work all year. I pay every Friday. Do not respond unless you meet these qualifications, as well as good experience in at least one trade or more. I am willing to train the right people who are not afraid to learn more trades, and hopefully learn some things along the way myself.

The journey continues. We couldn't be more excited to expand our brand yet again. We made it official. We purchased a 6000 sqft building in Fairport Harbor. This building, with all of its old world charm, represents everything we are about. Old hardwoods, gigantic ceilings...and Fairport Harbor. We will be offering a rental suite....completely updated and representative of this amazing place. Stay tuned for more, but we will do this amazing city proud.
