Premier was founded in 2010 by friends John "Skinny" Regis and Andrew Cook. In 2017 John moved on from Premier to pursue other opportunities, Andrew took John’s share of the firm and became the sole owner.

We're happy to share our most recent renovation, completed just in time for Thanksgiving!

This high end kitchen features all new cabinetry, countertops, natural stone backsplash, updated lighting, refinished hardwood floors, and an appliance package featuring a 48" pro range. The living room sports a brand new gas fireplace with a limestone mantle and hearth, all tied in together with a beautiful natural stone surround matching the kitchen backsplash.

A small piece of a much larger renovation project we took on last year - these cabinets, bookshelves, and fireplace surround were designed and custom built by our talented team. A Kozy Heat natural gas fireplace and OLED smart TV by our friends at D.A.V.E. finish off the space perfectly!

The finishes are really coming together at our brick house addition project. The main rooms under construction (dining/living room addition, kitchen, formal living room, and family room) are all down to small finish details. While we work towards the finish line in those parts of the home, we are updating a few other rooms at the same time for these wonderful clients. Our team is hard at work finishing the walk in pantry, updating mudroom tile flooring and built-ins, installing formal entry tile flooring, and a new tile shower.

As part of our ongoing brick house addition project we were asked to build a custom, wood burning, masonry fireplace. Wood burning fireplaces are rarely built these days as many homeowners prefer the convenience of a gas fireplace. The masonry contractor that we rely on for all things concrete, block, or brick brought in his former boss, a 73 year old mason whose been in the trade since he was 14 for this part of the project. This skilled individual went to work and built the fireplace to mimic a picture provided by our client.

To add to the centerpiece of this room, the bricks that make up the inside floor to ceiling fireplace are all reclaimed from the two exterior brick walls we knocked down in the demo stage of the project. The homeowner carefully cleaned the old mortar off of each and every brick and we were able to re-use them on this one of a kind fireplace!

Our team has been hard at work on the brick house addition project, and the finishes are beginning to come together! The last few weeks we've been busy installing cabinetry, flooring, fabricating built-ins, and building decorative beams and rafters for the addition vaulted ceiling. Countertops have been installed in the kitchen, and the wood burning fireplace is complete! On the exterior the brick siding and chimney are finished and we're ready for exterior trim. Up next we'll be finishing built-ins, wrapping up the interior trim, and installing appliances!

Drywall is complete at our brick house addition project! On any project timeline drywall marks the point where the "rough" stages are completed, and the finishes can begin.

Next up we prime everything, finish paint ceilings and paint one coat on the walls. Kitchen cabinetry arrives Tuesday and will be installed right away to meet a countertop template deadline. We have LOTS of finish carpentry to complete on this one and will continue to share progress photos.
