Hosta flowers tend to divide gardeners, with some people absolutely loving the floral display and others who couldn't care less about them. Regardless of human opinions, pollinators—especially hummingbirds—absolutely adore these bell-shaped blossoms when they shoot up in the summer. Most of these delicate blooms appear in soft, classic shades of white or lavender. However, there are a couple of special varieties out there that will surprise you with unique colors, like yellow. As an added bonus, some hosta flowers are even wonderfully fragrant, bringing a sweet scent to your shaded garden beds!
