Discovered this in the garden, deep in the shade. Woodland pinkroot, or Indian pink, a native plant. Hummingbirds love it! It thrives in partial to full shad, in most, well-drained soil. It can handle a little more sun if given sufficient water. Zones 5-9. Toxic!
