I wasn’t feeling particularly inspired today, but sometimes sitting down with my bowls is exactly what I need when I’m feeling a little off.

So no big message today. No deeper meaning. Just playing, listening, and letting myself be where I am. ✨

I’ve been getting the same little nudge from my guides lately…

They kept pulling me toward my Third Eye bowl and wanting me to make a video with her.

And when the message keeps coming through that clearly, eventually you stop questioning it and listen. ✨

So today, I did.

I’m still learning to trust those nudges without always needing to understand the why behind them. And honestly, I think that’s part of the practice.

So here she is, exactly as requested. 💜

Been spending a little more time outside with my bowls lately and honestly… I love it out here. 🌿🤍

There’s something about the sound of the bowls mixed with the birds, the breeze, and all the little sounds happening around me that just feels different.

My happy place. 🤍✨

There’s something so special about sitting down with my crystal singing bowls before a sound bath and letting the first notes fill the room.

Just me, my bowls, and a room full of peaceful energy.

Every time I play, I feel more certain that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

It means so much to be able to share this with you, and I can’t wait to create more spaces where we can slow down, breathe, and simply be.

This is only the beginning.✨🐇
