Executive Landscape is a family owned business that has been focused on delivering the highest quality landscape services for almost 30 years.

Our Production Managers are key members of our management team, responsible for scheduling personnel and directing resources to deliver high-quality, cost-effective landscape services.
- Responsibilities -
• Professionally represent Executive Landscape through an understanding and conveyance of our core values.
• Take personal ownership and accountability of the quality of our services through a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment with employees while enforcing ELI's policies and procedures.
• Work closely with account manager to create service schedules and relay job site concerns, crew deficiencies, and enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to develop weekly punch lists for crews.
• Daily communication with foreman and irrigation technicians to identify and address needs.
• Manage administrative responsibilities including the collection and review of time cards, pesticide reports, sign in sheets, etc…
• Coordinate repairs and enhancements with irrigation technicians and enhancement crews.
• Address staffing needs, continually recruiting new members.
• Train personnel on equipment operation, landscaping maintenance techniques, safety, quality standards, and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, equipment longevity, and direct costs savings.
• Hands on work with crews when necessary.
- Education, Skills, and Experience -
• California Driver's License
• Bilingual - English/ Spanish
• Demonstrated understanding of horticulture practices and irrigation systems, staying up-to-date on new technology and legislation.
• Strong leadership skills.
• 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory roll.
