Out with the old yellow, and in with the new blue bedroom paint. Complete with accent wall and some hole patching.

Water heater install, complete with expansion tank, all enclosed inside an interior closet (existing location).

Flooring installed throughout most of the house for a long term project I'm helping out on here in Fallbrook.

Removed some 8 foot long upper cabinet units that had the water heater plumbing built into it. Definitely a fun one having to carefully demo everything. Thank you, Diane!
