About NV Kitchen and Bath:
NV Kitchen and Bath is a fast-growing remodeling firm with multiple showrooms across Northern Virginia. We specialize in high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations, offering a complete design-build experience. We are currently seeking a talented Kitchen and Bath Designer/Salesperson to join our team.
Position Overview:
This role combines design expertise with strong sales ability. The ideal candidate will meet with clients, develop beautiful and functional kitchen and bath layouts, guide material selections, and close remodeling contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet walk-in clients and follow up on leads
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess project needs
• Create and present kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design or similar software
• Recommend cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Guide clients through the entire remodeling process and close sales
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience
• Proficient with 2020 Design or comparable design software
• Strong understanding of residential remodeling and cabinet systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and closing skills
• Motivated, organized, and customer-service driven
