Almost completed. Here are a few photos of another beautiful home designed by Curran Drafting & Design. I love all the light and flow through this 3200 square foot home. The home features 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. First floor office, finished basement, with and additional bedroom, bath and kitchenette. It’s a semi open concept home with gorgeous light from any room. large gourmet kitchen with dining nook an oversized family room which opens out to a deck perched high above the daylight basement through a four panel sliding glass door. If you like light and views and very privet semi sound proof bedrooms you’ll love this home, unfortunately it’s already sold to a very lucky customer., but I can design another if someone wants.

From concept to blue prints to reality, this incredibly gorgeous 4000+ square-foot home design by Curran Drafting and Design is finally finished. The crew at Brush And Hammer Builders did an amazing job constructing this home, no detail was over looked here. I am incredibly pleased with how it all turned out and the customer continues to beautify this property with landscaping, walkways, pool and so much more. Hope you all like it as much as I do.

Just started. Large lake house on little Sebago Lake. The crew at Envy Construction has been hard at work putting this +- 6000 square foot lake house together Designed by Curran Drafting & Design. CDD has been working on this design for quite some time and it’s so nice to see all the countless hours of work come to fruition. And as you can see from the pictures there has been a lot of forethought that went into the design and structural elements to make this house be possible. I take great pride in my work by providing architectural quality drawings including framing plans and structural components. We do have all our work checked and modified as needed by Steve Grant, owner of SRG Engineering. Steve is a pivotal part in Contributing to The success of all Curran Drafting & Designs projects. Envy Construction’s talented crew has not missed a beat on this house either and everything looks perfect, hats off to you guys for making it look easy, can’t wait to see it all done.

Another completed project in the books.
This was a fun one to do. Slightly dated home that was turned into something a little more beautiful and with a little more living space. We demolished the garage and removed the roof over the breezeway and added a new 3 bay gambrel roof garage with master suite, and added a 2nd floor connect over the breezeway. We also added two dormer over the main house for added room and light into the two 2nd floor bedrooms. The breezeway good a major upgrade with closets and bench as well as a new kitchen. I think it came out very nice and tastefully in keeping to the original home. here are some before and after shots

I love seeing my designs come to fruition. This beautiful mountain style home situated on a large plot of land in Cornish Maine is to say the least, stunning.

My clients, the “Jeffe” came to me in June of 2019 and ask me to help them orchestrate and compose there ideas and wants and needs into a clear, concise and cohesive floor plan and design that meet there needs. The Jeffe’s where fantastic to work with and provide me with a lot of insight which made designing this home a breeze, well that’s not completely true. There was a lot of time involved in laying this home out and making it work and feel right. But I feel we got it.

The nearly 5300 square foot home boost a 3 bay garage with bonus space above. A first floor master suite with a large walk in closet , dbl. bowl vanity, walk in shower, privet toilet room and soaking tub. The home also has 2 large En suites on the second floor and are separated by a completely open cat walk, which over looks the open foyer and living room. The minute you walk through the front door the foyer and great room is completely open from front to back of house, and boost very tall cathedral ceilings with truss like cross beams. The open concept space provides an opportunity for a stunning kitchen set up that is fit for a professional cook and believe me when I say it has all the modern high end amenity’s any cook would be happy to have.

The builder, Edward Akers, owner of, Edward Akers Building Consultant LLC. “ABC” Has done a fantastic job putting this behemoth of a home together. His workmanship and building practice are right on target and is everything you would expect from one of the best builders in the industry.

The interior Designer, Melissa Akers, owner of Melissa Ellen Designs has done an outstanding job truly bringing this home together with here decretive expertise. Anyone can build a home but It truly takes a team of professionals to make something good become extraordinary, and I feel we all nailed it on this one.

Big thanks to the “Jeffe’s” who were heavily involved with this project since day one, and worked very closely with all of us to make there dream home a reality.
