I love "Site Visit Saturdays". This Saturday's visits were in the Haymarket area of Prince William County. Great to get out of the office and check out these four projects designed by Exceptional Home Designs, Inc. at various stages of construction.

Finished Project- Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are becoming a much more common design project for Exceptional Home Designs.

EHD recently designed a 1,658 square foot addition to an existing home we designed in 2019. The owners desired to have their parents nearby in a separate living space connected to the main house via a large Laundry/Mudroom. Design of the addition required matching exterior elements/materials of the original house and creating a harmonious final product. The addition includes all the conveniences of a fully detached home with the privacy, ease, and accessibility of having a connected common area. Here's to many years of enjoyment for this joint family home.

Before/After of a whole house remodel and addition at 913 Sylvania Avenue in downtown Fredericksburg designed by Exceptional Home Designs, Inc.. Project included design of a full remodel of all three levels of the existing house; a Garage/Mudroom addition; and the addition of a first floor Owner's Suite and Kitchen at the rear.
