God is LOVE.

Almost a year ago on Easter Sunday, God gently led me away from my home church. I didn’t fully understand why at the time but I knew God was leading and I had to follow. So often in Scripture, miracles begin with a simple act of obedience: stepping into the water, filling the jars, walking around the walls. All proof of a loving God that just wants our heart above all else. My “yes” in that moment meant planting roots with a new church family. I had no idea it would mean also meeting Scott. And now, on Valentines Day I’m his bride to be. So many parts of our love story glorify Him. I pray our marriage will too. When we trust God with the first step, He shows up with more than we could ask, think or imagine. Exceedingly and abundantly. ❤️

I picked the perfect time to collaborate with IWAE and this adorable little 🐓chicken steamer🐓. The cold dry air needed a little added moisture so I assembled a simmer pot with cloves, oranges, cranberry, cinnamon sticks and rosemary😊

A little something to take the edge off.

Taking some intentional time today to reset during a season that can feel heavy…at least for me anyway.

The holidays bring a mix of joy and weight, and today I needed space to slow down and breathe. Thrifting, a quiet visit to my favorite coffee shop, time in the Word, and decluttering my home reminded me that rest is sometimes found in simple, steady things. Grateful for moments of peace and reflection in the middle of a full and {new} season….
