It's been a minute and it has been a long summer. But now that fall has set in I had some time to help these people out do a composite decking wrap including posts and railings. I managed to save the existing framing plus a few add-ons to accept composite. Take notice to the final step needing to be flush with the existing stamped concrete patio.

Took a little time to work on my own house. The ultraviolet rays and highly exposed areas seemed to get dull. After a complete pressure cleaning we went ahead and did a light application of boiled linseed oil to rejuvenate and condition the long siding. The oils should slowly soak in to protect the wood.

Just finished up this deck for a great customer. Turned out really good with the composite decking by Fiberon and of course all the synthetic railings. Not much work to the framing but we set all joist at 12-in on center. He's very happy and that baby is rock solid. 👍💪

Great day to make a bunch of noise.. this DeWalt 735 eats on these 12-in wide dry oak boards pretty good. Of course we ALL know a Milwaukee would be better Heck if they even make one 😀
