🦺 This was an installation in a new construction. The glass accent band in the shower is a nice pop next to the dark tile. ⁠

🚿 These glass tiles come on a mosaic sheet which makes it easier to install. A little planning will help make sure your pattern looks amazing!⁠

🚿 Despite their differences, both showers have the amazing feature of being curbless! Curbless showers take more work to install, but they are worth considering. ⁠

💚 This backsplash was an extension of the backsplash that was already installed. ⁠⁠

🛠 When the homeowner decided to replace some of the cabinets with open shelving, they discovered an unfinished wall! This is a perfect example of why it’s a good idea to keep extra tiles from a tile installation. Sometimes cabinets change or you may need to add to an existing project. ⁠⁠

Imitation wood plank tiles are versatile and look just as nice in a modern or rustic space. They come in a variety of colors and wood-grain patterns. Due to their length, plank tiles are normally easier to install with a leveling system.⁠

Natural stone look especially good when used in backsplashes. There are many natural variations available so homeowners have options of shape and color. Because stone is softer than ceramic, natural stone tiles do need to be sealed after installation (to avoid staining and wear).⁠

🚿 When laying tile for floors and showers in the same bathroom, it is better to put the floor in first then the shower. This makes it easier to install the transition from the walls to the floor. ⁠⁠

☯ The different styles of tile in this bathroom are a huge contrast. To tie them together, we used the same grout color in the shower and on the floor. ⁠⁠
