Just finished this garage with 2 coats of 1 part epoxy garage floor & concrete paint. This garage was flaking and chipping pretty bad from all the traffic over the years but I ground out as much as I could and got it smooth as can be without going to deep. Another happy homeowner.

Homeowner got a hold of me to repair some loose brick treads that kept coming up even after others repaired it. The key is to use an acrylic fortifier 1:1 ratio with water that acts as a binding agent (like glue) for superior adhesion that fortifies the mortar by chemically bonding it tightly to existing masonry.

Installed more shiplap out in western ND this past weekend. Love installing T&g and shiplap. Get ahold of me for all your wood T&g/shiplap needs. Nice easy fix for old farmhouse ceiling and wall Renos & Great way to finish an unfinished basement or add wood accent walls. Looks awesome with brick too.
