Just finished beefing up this bump out addition that was flagged by inspectors for lack of structural support. So i installed 2 X 12 ledger board anchored to the foundation with kickers fastened to hangers and the floor joists. After that it was insulated and sheeted.

Just finished up this little side porch for a great little family. It was a good job to have and they loved the quality and work. On to the next one.

Customer who I did an egress window well for early in the year called me back to look at his garden shed roof that had water damage that rotted the roof sheathing. So i put on new wood and fascia boards and new shingles.

Customer called that wanted the rabbits to stop going under their house addition and to make it look cleaner, So I installed this 10in flashing that goes down into the rocks. Nice little project.

I forgot to take after pictures when i completed this little cabin project but the owners were kind enough to send photos when they were done decorating it. It loooks awesome and it was a blessing to be able to get that done for them.

This home out by Kindred, Nd had two braces that were put in as a precautionary measure for a big heavy fireplace above, but the braces were in the way and up on blocks & leaning and raised concerns for the buyers. A realtor reached out and needed a solution, so I suggested a brace wall spanning 2 trusses directly underneath fireplace that is solid, snug, and sturdy and then reinforced the ribbons that ran through the floor trusses as well.

Just finished this garage with 2 coats of 1 part epoxy garage floor & concrete paint. This garage was flaking and chipping pretty bad from all the traffic over the years but I ground out as much as I could and got it smooth as can be without going to deep. Another happy homeowner.

Another brick step repair on some loose treads. Now it’s solid as can be.
