Fencing meets fine art! This mirror fence was created in 2003 by Alyson Shotz, a New York artist and captures the landscape around it in a really interesting way! This installation can be viewed at the Storm King Art Center, a sculpture park located in the Lower Hudson Valley in the state of New York. These photos were taken by Jerry L. Thompson.

In this area, a heaving fence can be a problem. When the ground freezes, it can push your fence posts out of the ground causing your fence to look like the top portion of these photos. To prevent this from happening, you should try to bell out your holes to keep them from popping up, and to keep your fence straight.

Fun cedar job complete! If you noticed the gate in the middle of one of the lines, it was for the cutest reason! The fence owner wanted the gate there so their little girl could still be able to pet and visit with the neighbors dog. Anything is pawsible with TF!
