We just got the video and photography back on our Lake Highlands renovation - and we are in awe! 😍

In this complete reno, we updated the old pool and refreshed with new mini pebble plaster and travertine coping. We updated the deck by laying travertine pavers. And - we added both the built in spa and tanning ledge with bubblers! 💦

For the final touch - we put in a 4 hole putting green! ⛳

This fun and active family is ready for a summer of backyard gatherings and fun!

Project update from Prestonwood Estates 👀

We are loving the trendy, fun tile work coming together on this custom pool renovation project. This design features sleek 2x6” white and sky blue tile arranged in a striped waterline pattern, paired with a bold checkered design on the raised wall for a modern, custom look.

The sheer descents are already set in place on the raised wall, and once flowing, this is going to become an incredible focal feature with both movement and sound. Next up: travertine decking and mini pebble plaster. Stay tuned — this backyard transformation is just getting started. 💦

The rain may have slowed things down a little… but it definitely didn’t stop us. 🌧️➡️☀️

This week, we finished not one, not two, but THREE pools! Plaster is in, water is filling, and these three families will be ready to swim as soon as that hot Texas sun shows back up. 💦

There’s nothing better than seeing a project come to life at the finish line — just in time for summer memories to begin.
