I couldn’t pass up this trend. 2016 was such a special year for our family. We bought this house and welcomed baby Cece into the world. I will always look back on 2016 so fondly - so many great memories to look back on.

I had no idea what my decorating style was, I didn’t know how to do house projects, I was clueless! So often I get asked now “where do you start?” when decorating a new home. Looking back at these pictures makes me realize that the answer to that is, just start somewhere. Try until you’re happy with it and it will eventually become the home you love - your adored house.

Happy Thanksgiving!
I can’t look at this picture without tearing up! It reminds me that despite any of our daily struggles, everything we have overcome, we have this beautiful family that we get to call home. I am so thankful, so grateful!

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families! I am thankful that you all choose to follow us on our home and life journey, many for many years! Your support has provided me and my family so many wonderful opportunities, and we are so grateful. Thank you!

The sun is setting earlier, and it’s got me feeling a certain way, but there’s nothing a little bedding refresh can’t fix. My beloved .hill Agnes quilt now comes in fabric and I can’t imagine a better bedding mashup. Two brands that share an unwavering commitment to beauty and quality. I was lucky enough to visit the Liberty store in London a few years back, and this quilt is like a big postcard from my incredible visit there.

This has been one of my favorite home views lately - so much green and life! I spend a majority of my work week in my home office, and it’s important to me that it’s calm and inspiring.

I haven’t chatted much about the business I co-own lately, but has grown so much and is really taking off. What is it? Well after a year and a few months we landed on calling ourselves a brand development and marketing studio. Our brand is multi faceted but our core mission is to breathe life and beauty in to new and existing brands so that they can attract their ideal customers. Retooling outdated logos, creating immersive print and digital campaigns, and transforming physical spaces into stunning brand experiences are some of the many ways we support our clients. The customer to brand connection has been a lifelong passion of mine and it’s really fulfilling to get to continue to build those bridges. I’m excited for what’s to come!

How perfect are these new pillows from the x launch for our bedroom? The quality is just impeccable and they give that vintage look I love while still being soft and comfortable. The floral embroidery inspired design is also called the “Dana Pillow,” so how could I pass it up? 😉
