I don't write reviews very often, but AG Redline Builders genuinely deserves every single star — and then some.

I was dealing with a serious plumbing issue and called another company first. They came out, took a look, and told me my only option was to dig up my entire lawn. The estimate? Nearly $10,000. I was devastated. As a homeowner, that kind of news just knocks the wind out of you.

A friend suggested I call AG Redline Builders before making any decisions. I'm so glad I did. They sent out their plumber Frank, and within no time, he figured out exactly what the problem was — a tree root. He took care of it, explained everything to me so I actually understood what had happened, and when it was all said and done... he didn't even charge me.

I still get emotional thinking about it. In a world where it feels like everyone is trying to take advantage of you, these guys were just honest, kind, and genuinely there to help. They didn't see a customer — they saw a person in a tough spot, and they did right by me.
