Here we have a beautiful bath transformation. This room was in desperate need of a full overhaul. We removed all the old tile and leaking fiberglass shower, trim, drywall, you name it we removed it. With that fresh canvas, our team got to work rebuilding. We layed some fresh marble on the floors a chair height toilet, and a custom vanity. The shower was finished with a clean 8”x20” tile and a massive 32” wide custom niche and a brushed nickel glass doors. Fresh paint, new trim, bigger brighter fan/light combo. Look at these beautiful 150+ year old front doors. They were in desperate need of some tlc, and thats just what they got. A good adjustment followed by a healthy dose of sanding set the canvas. Then with a fresh stain and 3 coats of marine grade clear, they were back to their original glory. Topped off with some fresh gaskets these doors are ready for another 100+ years of service. Tis' the season to spend some quality porch time. These stairs got a much needed replacement. If you feel any bounce of movement while enjoying your deck, or stairs. Its time to replace. Foyers... They're the first thing your guests and family sees as they enter your home. We started this split level ranch project by skim coating all the walls to set the base for a multitude of additions. We removed the old dirty carpets and replaced the treads with brand new Oak hardwood. Next we removed the knee wall and replaced with a skillfully crafted Oak hardwood with wrought iron railings, and handrails. Added some gorgeous shadow boxes, chair rail, and crown moulding throughout. Both Oak floor landings got saded smooth and finished with 3 coats of clear. Kitchens are the heart of the home. Here we have our take on a beautiful cozy modern farmhouse galley kitchen. We pulled out those old beat 70s style cabinets. Then hand built these timeless custom hardwood shaker style cabinets. Installed a beefy 2" thick hardwood butcher block counter top finished with a food grade satin finish. Layed a clean gloss white micro subway tile backsplash with epoxy grout for extra stain resistance, and ease to clean. The new 16" deep farmhouse sink and stainless range hood add some modern functionality. Add a fresh coat on the walls, and you've got yourself one gorgeous kitchen built for many years to come.
