After removing the tile and prepping the floor. Threw down some clean lvp. Have to get a couple transisitions, but night and day difference from the dark flaky tile that was there!

What a day!!! Little over 500sg ft of tile almost all gone. Have the corner and a little hallway left. Then gonna take 8” blade to the grout. Then go through and touch up several spots in the drywall, paint it all and throw down some new flooring along with baseboards!!

Quick little gravel job! Sprinklers died years ago! From there it’s been dirt. pulled fence back, removed top layer and lined with pro5 and spread the rock!

As the temperature climbed over night and we broke the hottest day ever for march! We are going to get started and getting coolers going! We will still have a couple dips in the weather, but hopefully they won’t be enough to do any damage. If you are wanting to get in the list let us know!!!
