The stucco surrounding the windows cracked, causing the seal to fail and allowing water to enter, which damaged the main supports. To repair this, we've installed temporary internal bracing to enable the replacement of the damaged supports, and we're reassembling the structure with large single windows.

What a day!!! Little over 500sg ft of tile almost all gone. Have the corner and a little hallway left. Then gonna take 8” blade to the grout. Then go through and touch up several spots in the drywall, paint it all and throw down some new flooring along with baseboards!!
