Today we're celebrating the guy who somehow manages to be a dad, CEO, problem-solver, and the person with an answer for literally everything. Seriously, I'm pretty sure there's nothing he doesn't know.

Dylan has poured so much of himself into Nicholson Heating & Air and works hard every day to make sure our customers and team are taken care of. He's always thinking of ways to make things better and never settles for "good enough."

But more than that, he's a great dad, loves his family, and is the kind of person who will always show up when you need him.

I'm lucky to not only work alongside him, but also call him my big brother. ❤️
