1) Paving Foreman (valid VA driver's license and minimum 5 years of paving experience required)

Foreman responsibilities include:

- Managing equipment and materials.
- Supervising and working hands-on with the crew on a daily basis, including paving, seal coating, and related job preparation work. Must be able to operate heavy equipment and have reliable transportation to our shop. Competitive pay offered for the right candidate looking to grow with us.
