We were out in Oak Ridge yesterday working on a crawlspace with some serious moisture issues.

Oak Ridge homes have their own unique challenges - the terrain, the way houses are built into hillsides, the way water moves around foundations. We see it every day and we know how to handle it.

Proud to serve this community and help homeowners protect their biggest investment.

If you're in Oak Ridge dealing with crawlspace problems, we're local and we're here to help.

Walked a crawlspace yesterday with sistered joists and support beams everywhere.

Someone had already spent thousands on structural fixes.

Still had fungal growth. Still had wood rot. Still had water intrusion.

Because nobody fixed the moisture.

This is the part people don't get. You can sister every joist in your crawlspace.

You can add beams and supports everywhere.

But if you don't fix the moisture problem, you're just going to keep chasing failures.

The wood will keep rotting. You'll keep adding supports. It never ends.

Fix the source. Control the moisture. Then everything else actually lasts.

$200 a year for warranty coverage.

One equipment failure: $1,500-$2,500.

One breakdown pays for 7-12 years of coverage.

This isn't an upsell. It's insurance that actually works when you need it.

This is exactly why we include warranty maintenance. It's not just about cleaning filters or checking drain lines.

It's about making sure you're covered when something actually breaks.

This dehumidifier cost them nothing to replace. Zero. Because they kept up with the $200 annual service.

That's how a warranty should work. You pay for it, something breaks, we fix it. Simple.

This crawlspace is two years old. Customer called about the dehumidifier tripping the breaker. I came out same week, ran diagnostics, and replaced the parts under warranty. No charge. This is how we handle every warranty call.

You get direct access to reach us. We respond quickly and bring what's needed to fix the problem. There are no fees for covered work. We stand behind every job we do, whether it's been six months or six years.

That's what a warranty should mean - and that's exactly what you get when you work with us.

Got a call from a customer we did work for two years ago.

Dehumidifier was tripping the breaker.

Grabbed the parts I needed and went out same week.

Fixed it. No charge.

That's what a warranty actually means.

This is how warranty service should work.

We installed this system two years ago, and when the customer called about the dehumidifier tripping the breaker, I came out the same week.

I brought the parts I needed. We'll get it fixed today. No charge.

That's what a warranty actually means - we stand behind our work.

I quoted this crawlspace six months ago. Customer said it was too expensive and hired a handyman instead. Now their home sale just fell through because the inspection flagged everything.

Support jacks sitting on wood blocks instead of concrete footers. Beams that aren't even touching the joists they're supposed to support. Two-by-sixes already bowing under the weight. Foundation cracks covered with plaster instead of actually stabilized.

This is what happens when you try to save money on structural work. Now they're paying twice - once for the bad work, and again to fix it right.

Sometimes cheap costs more.

Quoted a foundation repair six months ago. Customer said it was too expensive.

They hired a handyman instead. Saved a few thousand dollars.

Now their home sale fell through because nothing passed inspection.

Jacks sitting on wood blocks. Beams that don't touch the joists. Foundation cracks covered with plaster.

Now they're paying to fix it all over again. Plus they lost the sale.

Cheap isn't always cheaper.

Now the customer's in a bind. They've got a buyer walking away because the inspection flagged everything.

And they're going to have to pay to fix it all over again - this time the right way.

When we come back in, we're pulling out those jacks on wood blocks and doing it properly with concrete footers.

We're sistering those termite-damaged joists correctly. And we're addressing those foundation cracks with actual helical piers, not just plaster.

Foundation work isn't something you DIY or bargain hunt. It's literally holding up your house.
