This is an example of a cracked basement wall. It is important that you have down spout extensions on to divert the water away from your foundation. If not over the summer of rain with out extensions the water will soak all the way to the bottom of your foundation. Then in the winter the moist dirt will freeze and expand putting pressure on your wall. Over time it will crack. Tru Force lifting 3087503436

Tru Force lifting Had a leaking basement . A poured concrete wall. It cracked and was leaking into to the mechanical room. We use a hydroponic crack sealer. It is injected on the inside of the wall. It is a very slow acting foam. It works it way through the thickness of the wall from the floor to the basement ceiling. In the photos look for outside picture you can see the foam exposed. 308 750-3436

Next time you’re walking down a sidewalk be aware of any sinking of a sidewalk slab. I was called to raise a slab of sidewalk for a person in Grand Island Ne. When I got there I stuck my spade in the hole under the slab and I couldn’t touch the bottom. We removed the slab and found this. When the subdivision was built 12 year earlier they had accidentally trenched the electrical conduit line through the storm drainage. I called the city authorities and they repaired the damage. This is a demonstration of what lifting foam looks like in a free spray application. During a lifting project we check the quality of the foam by free spraying into a waste basket. The foam is 120 degree and when reacting it will reach around 150 to 170 degree. This foam goes from liquid to a cream in 3 seconds and a tacky substance in 18 seconds and s solid in 25 seconds. When making good foam rip it open and it will look like fresh bread. 5 gallons of lifting foam will expand to 17 cubic ft. Which is about 60 percent of a cubic yard. Sorry about the generator noise.I hope this was informative.

A customer was getting water into the block built basement. And wanted an Egress window installed. The down spout was leaking for years. It saturated the dirt along and down the corner of the basement wall. After the freezing during the winter it put enough pressure on the corner and cracked the wall .allowing water to enter the wall. We dug it up sprayed with foundation foam from NCFI.. made sure there was a positive slop away from house and trimmed out the window inside.

Tru Force lifting put a new water curb stop in. Cut the sidewalk to get to the water shut off. Half of it broke apart and will have to be repoured. The other half 4’x5’ was able to be lifted out and put back in, and then lifted up flush with poly foam to the old sidewalk.

Spray foamed a building in Grand Island the other day. We sprayed 1” to insulate and seal all holes and cracks in the old sheeting. Then he will be installing 5-1/2” of bat insulation to achieve A R26. The customer wanted to take a shot at spraying himself. He is a auto body painter by trade. He took to the spraying naturally. The walls where 10ft he is about 6’5” he could reach everything from the floor.

This is a common issue with sidewalks connected to street curb. In most cities,Towns or Villages Home owners are liable for sidewalk hazards. In a lot of cases check with city ordinances because there may be cost sharing funds available to help you out. With foam lifting there is no construction demolition. Or yard dirt work. Normally same day in and out. The sidewalk can be put back in service with in minutes of lifting.

This is a grain bin project we did. Rats dug under the bin and caused the floor and footings to crack and sink. We removed some of the cracked concrete and lifted it with bin jacks. After we achieved the desired height we void filled with lifting foam. Then we drilled inspection holes every 2 ft and void filled the perimeter to support the rest of the bin. The bin company replaced the concrete.
