We had a customer call us a couple weeks ago where we painted their whole house last year. One of our employees painted it the wrong color. ( The garage color instead). We didn't hesitate to let them know that the mistake is on us and we would be over to fix the issue. I went over personally and recoated their bathroom this morning to Sherwin williams upward.
